The Chief accountant is responsible for ensuring compliance with Russian Statutory accounting rules and tax filings requirements. Towards the Client this will be the duty of Smithbridge. We will name a person to carry these functions, but the overall responsibility will remain with Smithbridge.
The Chief Accountant will not occupy a permanent workstation at your office.
